Each of the following sentences is incomplete. First, select which problem the sentences have: fragment, run-on, or comma splice. Second, rewrite the sentences in the text boxes to make them grammatically complete and correct. You may have to add information to make them complete.

Please note, there may be multiple revision options although you will see only one option after you submit each response. Compare your revision to the answer and determine if one is more effective. You should check to be sure your answer accurately applies the chapter's rules to correct sentence boundary errors.

You must respond to each question before the AGG response will be displayed. After you submit each response, you will see the AGG response, but you won’t be able to see your response until the end. After the quiz, you will be able to review the summary of responses including the original sentence, your own response and the AGG revision. This quiz has 20 questions.

Example: Even though I was just taking four classes. I felt breathless.

Select the problem type: Fragment
