Ashley Menguito

Ashley Menguito

Ashley is a third-year law student at King Hall. She is primarily interested in public interest law, but she is also interested in family law and constitutional law. She earned her BA from UC San Diego in Sociology - Law and Society with a minor in Political Science. After college, she pursued a double Master's from Pepperdine School of Law/Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution in Legal Studies and Dispute Resolution. She also gained a few years of work in corporate, nonprofit, and government work prior to law school. Ashley pursued law in order to give a voice to vulnerable communities. As a pre-law advisor, Ashley wants to help students navigate the transition from undergrad/post-grad to law school. As a first-generation, non-traditional law student who has gone through the process herself, she wants to be able to help demystify the process for those interested in going to law school. In her free time, Ashley enjoys cooking, reading, crocheting, arts and crafts, and being in nature!
